Warranty & Refund Policy

Midstate Containers guarantees that dry storage containers, modified containers, and office containers are wind- and weather-tight and warrants these products to be free from defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to refrigerated containers.

Under warranty obligations, Midstate Containers will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts or products.
Definition of defect: functionality of cargo doors, cargo door seals, and roll door operation.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic defects such as chipped paint, surface rust, normal wear and tear, structural damage caused by handling, loading, or off-loading, damage due to harsh weather conditions, or custom interior and exterior paint or modifications.

No other warranties, express or implied, are offered or extended.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are offered for modifications or costs incurred due to transportation or handling. All refunds are subject to a 20% Restocking fee if initiated more than 24 hours after placing the order.
