Warranty & Refund Policy

Midstate Containers guarantee all units are wind and weather tight and warrants its products to be free from defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Midstate Containers will under warranty obligation, repair or replace defective parts/products at their discretion. Definition of Defect: functionality of cargo doors, cargo door seals, and roll door issues.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic defects such as; chipped paint, rust buildup, damage to structure of container due to handling, loading or off loading, damage due to harsh weather conditions and normal wear and tear. This warranty will also exclude custom interior and exterior paint.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Refunds are considered on a case by case basis, no refunds are offered for any modifications or costs incurred due to transportation or handling.
